Triple Wave Ice Diode Laser
It ensures good energy distribution, long life and easy maintenance of the diode laser. Diode laser destroys the hair follicle which is gradually heated up.

Product description

Findicare Triple Wave Diode Laser

What does a Diode laser do?

When removing hair, the diode laser uses the selective photothermolysis. The pigment in the hair follicles is tackled by means of a specific wavelength of light, which stops hair growth.

The light from the diode laser is directed at the hair follicles and heats the pigment (melanin) in the hairs. This heating causes damage to the hair follicles, which stops hair growth. In addition, the specific wavelength ensures that the light is only directed at the pigment in the hairs, without damaging the environment.

Removing hair with a diode laser is a popular and effective treatment, especially for removing dark hairs on the face, body and legs. It offers a faster, more efficient and less painful treatment than other methods, such as waxing or shaving.

Why a triple wave laser?

Triple Wave diode is a term used to describe a specific type of diode laser. The characteristic of a Triple Wave diode is that it emits three wavelengths of light, instead of just one.

These three wavelengths are used to treat different types of tissues depending on the specific wavelength used. For example, one of the wavelengths can be used to reduce pigment, while another wavelength is used to treat acne or scars.

The use of a Triple Wave diode offers many advantages, such as the possibility to combine multiple treatments in one session, and the possibility to focus the treatment more accurately on specific types of tissues.

The power of 3 wavelengths

The wavelength of 755 nm offers a more powerful energy absorption, making it ideal for the most diverse hair types, especially light-colored and thin hair.

The wavelength of 808 nm provides a deep penetration of the hair follicles with a high average power, a high repetition rate and a large stain size for rapid treatment.

The 1064 nm wavelength is characterized by lower melanin absorption, making it a targeted solution for darker skin types

Difference IPL and Diode Laser?

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and diode laser are both technologies used for skin improvement and hair removal. Below are some differences between the two technologies:

  1. Source of light: IPL uses a broad spectrum of light, while the diode laser emits only one specific wavelength of light.
  2. Treatment: IPL is aimed at reducing pigment and improving skin structure, while the diode laser is aimed at reducing hair growth and reducing pigment.
  3. Effectiveness: The diode laser is generally more effective for removing hair and reducing pigment, as it is more specific and targets the pigment in the hair and skin. IPL is aimed at improving skin structure and reducing pigment, but is less effective compared to the diode laser.
  4. Pain: IPL is generally less painful than diode laser treatments, but the intensity and comfort of both treatments may vary depending on the specific treatment and the practitioner's experience.
  5. After-treatment: IPL often requires multiple treatments and usually has no downtime, while diode laser treatments generally require fewer treatments, but can cause some redness and swelling after treatment.

In summary: IPL and diode laser are both effective technologies for skin improvement and hair removal, but the choice between both technologies depends on the specific treatment needs and expectations. It is recommended to consult with one of our specialists for more specific recommendations.
