The service plan is therefore carefully composed and offers many extras. Below is a summary of the content of the plan for a new product:
- 3 years extra full warranty
- no costs for materials and parts
- 1 service per year included
- Mechanic on location within 3 working days
- Helpdesk available during working days between 08:00 and 17:00
- Remote assistance during outage hours (17.00-22.00) via Whatsapp on the site
With an existing product, who apply slightly different conditions because you have already used the product and the age can vary from 1 month to many years. But we would like to help you and that's why we're averaging this. The price is therefore slightly higher and the content is as follows:
- 1 service per year included
- only costs for materials and parts (no call-out costs and man hours)
- Mechanic on location within 3 working days
- Helpdesk available during working days between 08:00 and 17:00
