What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

Although the warranty covers a lot, there are a few exclusions, such as:

    It’s important to note that such noises are often caused by normal wear and tear or intensive use, but can always be booked separately at a favorable rate.

Repairs for Items That Can Be Shipped by Package Service

If a Collini product needs repair and is suitable for shipping via a parcel service, it must be sent to Findicare for repair.
In this case, no technician will come to the location; instead, the product will be sent to our workshop for assessment and repair.
This applies to smaller items that do not require on-site installation or treatment. The shipping costs for sending the product to us are the responsibility of the customer.
